John Dudash

CEO and President

John Dudash is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Broker-in-Charge of Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors, and has served in this role since founding the company in 2022. Prior to Dash, John began his career in the Investment Banking sector, working for Wells Fargo in the Government and Institutional Banking Division; underwriting and evaluating municipalities, public utilities, and bond issuances. 
In 2019, John made the jump to Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, focusing on Single Tenant Net Lease Investment Sales. During this time, John successfully closed deals totaling over $100 Million worth of property on both the Buy-side and Sell-side transactions in more than 15 different states. In 2022, John set out on his own with the mindset of continuing to improve the CRE Brokerage experience for individual clients and large conglomerates alike, and in June founded Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
